Microsoft no longer sells Office of any kind. Your only recourse is to revert to the vendor. From the message the vendor has sold you licences that they have sold previously to others. I own a license in form of a product key for Office Professional Plus and have been using it on previous installs on this very machine without issue before and have not made any significant changes to this computers hardware since mainboard, cpu , but as I reinstalled the Office Suite recently and tried to activate it the activation says it is successful, but all the programs in the Office suite remain unlicensed afterwards.

Word, it will first off ask me to “Hello XXX, confirm your account” the only option is to click “Next” and use the Microsoft account that I am logged into in Windows or “Use a different account” Screenshot 1. When I click “Use a different account” instead there are the options “Sign In”, “Create an account”, “I don’t want to sign in or create an account” and “What is a Microsoft account?
When I press “Sign In” there are the options to enter the email of a Microsoft account and sign in or to “Enter a product key instead” Screenshot 4. Clicking “Enter a product key instead” will lead you to a dialogue that allows you to enter a product key Screenshot 5 , you can reach the same dialogue by clicking “I don’t want to sign in or create an account” one step earlier.

Ei, sait oikean version. Try following this method to remove the license from the computer and then see if the activation sticks. Another possibility is you are out of activations for that key – the Business Center website should show you if that’s the case. So far this seems to have worked I will let it sit for a day just to make sure before I mark as best answer.
